Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Mediterranean spices mix
  • 1 Feta block ( 4 x 3 inches; 0.34 lb )
  • 6 canned sardines in oil ( 0.23 lb )
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • Pinch of Sumac

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, combine olive oil and Mediterranean spices mix.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 C / 392 F.
  3. Place feta in small dish both ovenproof and to be served in.
  4. Arrange sardines and olives around and pour olive oil mixure.
  5. Sprinkle sumac over the cheese and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Take the foil away and serve immediately with bread sticks or crackers.
