Pistachio Thumbprint Cookies with Rose Jam are thumbprint cookies with a twist inspired by rose petal Turkish delight.
Using your hands, knead all the dough ingredients on clean working surface.
Form a dough into a log and wrap in plastic foil to chill in the fridge at least for 2 hours.
Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Dent each ball center using thumb.
Place the cookies onto cookie sheet and bake for 13 mins.
Dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
Fill thumbprint cookies with ¾ tsp of rose jam and serve.
