  • 1 cup minced meat, pork and beef mixture
  • 1 Tbsp Mirepoix Seasoning
  • 1 cup Chayote, peeled, chopped (1 fruit)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • Grounded black pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and let them rest for a while.
  2. Prepare 2 cups volume baking dish.
  3. Turn the oven to reach 180 C / 356 F.
  4. Put the meat into a dish and bake for 50 minutes to become crusty on the top.
  5. Serve with baked pumpkin, potatoes, celeriac, carrots, leek slices baked on buttered baking dish.
