Ingredients

  • 2 corn tortillas
  • Crispy salted corn tortilla chips – 1 pack
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup beef meat, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, green
  • 1 cup red beans
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1 sq. in. dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Chili spices mix ( Chili con carne mix )
  • 1 Tbsp hard cheese, grated
  • 1 cup semi hard cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish that tortillas fit to by their size.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
  3. In a pan, fry oil, garlic, onion and meat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, beans, tomato paste and sweet corn, cheeses, dark chocolate and spices mix.
  5. Put the mixture on the tortillas.
  6. Top the meat mixture with tortilla chips and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheeses melt.
  7. Serve while still hot.
