Creamy Peanut Butter Noodles are easy week dinner, made with creamy peanut butter and udon noodles. Ready in ten minutes!
In medium sized pan, combine peanut butter, broth or water, chili and soy sauce.
Let the mixture boil for 1 – 2 minutes and add heavy cream, salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
Strain the noodles, pour peanut sauce on the top, garnish and serve.
