  • ¾ stick + 1 Tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 4 Tbsp Dulce de Leche, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar to roll the dough balls


  1. Mix butter, dulce de leche, 3 Tbsp brown sugar, egg, salt and flour on a flat surface to get a ball of dough.
  2. When finished, add chocolate chips and combine.
  3. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 10 – 15 minutes.
  4. Put 4 Tbsp brown sugar into a flat plate.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
  6. Cover the sheet pan with baking paper.
  7. Take one tablespoon of the dough, make the ball, roll it in brown sugar and put it on the baking paper.
  8. Flat the ball using your fingers to get two inches cookie in diameter.
  9. Bake for 12 minutes.
