No Churn Melon and Condensed Milk Spread Ice Cream

Serves: 4½ cup
  • 2 cups condensed milk spread
  • 2½ cups melon pulp (2/3 of a medium sized melon)
  • Food colour to taste
  1. Take the condensed milk out of the fridge to get room temperature.
  2. Peel and cut the melon into cubes and blend them into pulp.
  3. Mix the pulp with the condensed milk to get an even texture.
  4. Pour the resulting creamy mixture into a bowl and chill for at least four hours before serving.
