Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley leaves : ½  cup chopped
  • 3 tsp fresh lemon zest (1 lemon)
  • 1 garlic clove,finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil,optional to store

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped parsley leaves, lemon zest, garlic, and salt in glass jar. Close it tightly before serving and keep in the fridge until serving.
