Absolutely! Broccoli and cauliflower are two common cruciferous vegetables that are often compared to each other.

Zucchinis are great to replace cauliflower in this recipe. Onions, carrots, broccoli, celeriac, celery, tofu, parsley leaves, too.
Bang sauce is flavorful combination of hot and sweet chili sauces and few drops of fresh lemon juice. We skip honey and lemon juice and add few drops of soy sauce. The only reason to do the sauce recipe this way is because our sweet chili sauce is already sweet and adding more honey would spoil our dinner. But this is only us. You may absolutely make your own version of cauliflower bang.
To make the bang story complete, there is another way you can use your bang sauce ( ready in flash ) to dip fried chicken. This is what we enjoy very much also !
You need to serve Bang bang Cauliflower immediately. And here is the tip for those of you packing leftovers for the office lunch next day: just leave baked cauliflower florets aside without dipping them into bang bang sauce. Pack some sauce as well, heat the florets in the microvawe at work, dip into the bang sauce and here you have vegan, tasty luch !
To make the dish atractive, you may sprinkle it with chopped parsley, spring onions or grated cheese.
