At our little household, there is always a pack of frozen meatballs to use when I am out any creative idea for week dinner. It usually turns to great fiesta since cheesy baked turkey meatballs are so addictive! You may roll them to panko breadcrumbs before you fry them, add some ground black pepper or stuff them with wilted spinach or any cheese cubes you find in your fridge.
If you are already into easy to do meatballs, here are some of our favorites:

Meatball and Vegetable Salad with Sour Cream and Dill Dressing
Today, our dinner was done in 50 minutes ( 25 minutes of active time ) and what you need besides meatballs is some spaghetti sauce and mozzarella.
The result is absolutely great : you get a bubbling meatballs bake with melted mozzarella bathed in tomato sauce.
If you have any herbs growing on your kitchen window, you may garnish the bake before serving. Grated Parmesan is also great option to use. I decided to sprinkle some thyme on the top since I used basil, chopped peperoncini and parsley while making tomato sauceย this season.
Once done,ย I served bubbling Italian Turkey Meatballs Mozzarella Bake with slices of rustic bread and lettuce. Perfect tasty week dinner indeed !
