Chewy Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookie Bars
YumChewy Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookie Bars : rich in flavour, easy to make, perfect to dip into glass of milk.
These Chewy Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookie Bars are so full of flavours just like our favourite chocolate bars: milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts ! Absolutely the best !
To emphasize hazelnut flavours, I added few drops of hazelnuts aroma but this twist is really optional.
Furthermore, I cut them into bars instead of squares so it’s so much easier to dip them into coffee or, as my son prefers, into cold milk. Forty four bars would satisfy sweet tooth of a crowd but in present circumstances it is necessary to say the bars remain fresh for a whole week and could be stored in freezer for three months.
It is very pleasant and quiet outside, temperatures are rising day by day and I wish, more than ever before, to have as high temperatures as possible for this time of year hoping to weaken the virus. Presently, numbers are ( so sad to say so ) showing it is coming back. Slowly, day by day.
Are you safe at your part of the world friends ?
