Rustic Fig and Chocolate Tart
YumRustic Fig and Chocolate Tart: amazing combination for all chocolate and fig lovers !
This Rustic Fig and Chocolate Tart is absolutely irresistible culinary delicacy par excellence if figs are your favourite autumn fruits.
Combined with semi sweet chocolate, cinnamon and cardamom, every sugar low bite is absolutely amazing: pleasantly rich in taste, it makes beautiful finishing touch of any kind of gathering.
Delicate and perishable, most of the figs are usually dried, naturally in the open air so saltly winds give that special touch; also they are or artificialy and whatever the process is, these beauties could be enjoyed four seasons.
To make this tart, I used three fresh, sliced Black Mission Figs but you can also use Kadota, Calimyrna, Brown Turkey, Adriatic variety or any other fresh ones available at your place.
Since fruits range in size, please take care about the quantity for the tart. If smaller, lice Adriatic ones, you might need few more than mentioned in my recipe below.
