No mater how much I try to write evergreen introductions to recipes that follow when you scroll down, it is (almost) impossible to skip saying that Moroccan Harissa Tuna Spread Recipe is perfect summer quick meal.

Appetizers become our lunches or dinners since the heat makes us drink more than eat. Fruits are an exception, of course.
As it usually happens, simple is always the best ! Can of tuna combined with some Ricotta leftovers and Harissa paste on pain perdu or ciabatta slices makes perfect and easy meal and requires only five minutes to prepare.
If you prefer garnishing the food, you can always add some colourful potato chips and violet basil on the plate so the spread is more attractive and inviting for your fellow eaters.

Moroccan Harissa Tuna Spread Recipe : easy Mediterranean spread, done in five minutes only !
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned tuna, drained from oil
- 1/2 cup Ricotta
- 1 tsp Harissa paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Mix tuna, Ricotta, Harissa and salt to taste in small bowl.

Slice the bread and spread with tuna mixture and serve.
Recipe Notes
You may spread Ricotta on the slice of bread before tuna mix just as the photo shows.
