Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
  2. Spray bread pan with oil.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture in the bread pan and bake for 35 minutes.
