How to make our dandelion detox smoothie?
You combine banana, kiwi, grapes, and gluten free rolled oats with dandelion fresh leaves to combat dandelion bitterness. Creamy banana and yogurt give smooth texture. Now, if you are on the sweet side, you may add some brown sugar and I always pop in some chopped ginger to add some heat. Instead of banana you may add avocado half to get creamy texture, but we prefer banana. Once combined, you get great thick vitamins, plant based loaded salad in a glass!
In spring, when dandelions are at their best, you may pack chopped leaves and freeze. Then, during the year, you just add a cube together with your favourite ingredients to start the day the best possible way!

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp yogurt, dairy or non dairy
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- Handful of grapes without seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 5 young dandelion greens
- Few drops of lime and lemon
- Sugar and finely chopped ginger to taste
Instructions

In a blender, mix all the ingredients well. If needed, add some yogurt or vegan substitute.
