There are some things that should be found in the fridge always; especially if you are a white chocolate fan like me. This is definitely one of those things! Cheap, homemade, frugal, easy to do. It is very multi functional: it ennobles the stale bread slices, waffles, pancakes, madeleines, french toast, biscuits, anything,just name it!
If you make any dessert that includes milk and/or white chocolate, Condensed Milk Spread homemade supports your cooking creation extraordinary. One tablespoon of Condensed Milk Spread homemade comforts when the days are not that sunny or you eat them just because. Having this in mind, trying to live frugal way but comfortably and cozy, I decided to make the thick condensed milk spread from scratch.

- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 Tbsp butter, unsalted
- In a kitchen blender, mix all the ingredients until you get nice, thick, smooth mixture.
- With a tablespoon, fill the glass jar. Store in the fridge.
- If serving for breakfast, garnish with roasted almond sticks.
