Pizza Cake (Using Ham Leftovers)
YumSlightly different dress but the same Italian well known flavor! After festive days, this is ideal way to use ham and cheese leftovers.
Easily done. I bake it quite often since it is very tasteful when hot and cold as well. If you do not have mortadela in your fridge, Frankfurters or any salami or sausage instead are OK; or even roast leftovers to give additional rich flavor.
There is an excellent recipe for the dough also: Crazy Dough for Everything . If you decide to make this one, 1 lb is enough.
